Bleu Cheese And Herb Straws

1 Puff pastry dough sheet, 9"x 12"
1/4 cup Bleu Cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. Chives, minced
1/2 tsp.Parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. Paprika
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Cayenne pepper
1 Eggs Beaten
1 tsp. Water
Flour as needed Method
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a bowl, combine bleu cheese and Parmesan cheese, salt and cayenne pepper. Mix well and set aside. Whisk egg and water together to create "egg wash," reserve.Dust work surface with flour. Gently roll out puff pastry to slightly larger than original size. Brush dough lightly with egg wash. Sprinkle lightly with paprika. Spread cheese mixture over 1/2 of the dough. Fold pastry over and gently press down edges. Gently roll again to seal.
