The film stars Maria Bello and Xander Berkeley, and is directed by Robert Young. As Ruth’s expedition makes its treacherous journey from Shanghai, up the Yangtze River, through the rugged Min Valley and into the isolated Wolong forests, she must rely on her wits and her determination to survive as she races to find the panda before a band of trophy-hunting poachers. Supported by the World Wildlife Fund and the San Diego Zoo, the 40-minute film runs through the end of the year. The Reuben H. Fleet Science Center is operated by the San Diego Space and Science Foundation, a non-profit science museum dedicated to furthering the public’s understanding and enjoyment of science and technology.
