Disneyland Toy Drive Rules
OFFICIAL RULES Bring a new, unwrapped toy to the KGTV Studio from November 26-December 13 and fill out an entry form to win a family four-pack to Disneyland and enjoy the "Merriest Place on Earth." 10 lucky winners will be picked at random and their names announced on 10News Midday the week of December 17th. Promotion runs November 26 – December 13, 2007
HOW IT WORKS
1. When viewers bring a new, unwrapped toy to the KGTV Studio from November 26-December 13, they can also fill out an entry form to win a family four-pack to Disneyland. 10 lucky winners will be picked at random and their names announced on 10News Midday the week of December 17th. 2. Entries must be received by close of business on December 13, 2007. A random drawing will be held and 10 family four packs of Disneyland Park passports will be awarded. Winners will be notified by phone. 3. There is no purchase necessary to enter. 4. The sponsors of the "Disneyland Toy Drive" promotion are KGTV/San Diego’s 10, McGraw-Hill Broadcasting Company and Walt Disney Pictures. All persons in the San Diego viewing area 18 years of age or older are eligible except employees and their families of participating sponsors, their advertising agencies or representatives. 5. The prize includes: four 1 day passports for admission to Disneyland Park. 6. In the event that the contest is postponed for any reason, the timetable may be altered at the discretion of KGTV. 7. Winner and guest agree not to hold liable KGTV or any of their subsidiaries for any type of injuries or losses sustained by winner and guest. KGTV has no responsibilities beyond making arrangements for and delivery of winning items as stated above. 8. Winners are responsible for any and all taxes associated with acceptance of any prize. 9. Winning entries will be drawn at random. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. One entry per person. 10. Additions or deletions to these rules are subject to change without notice. 11. All federal, state, and/or local rules and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.
