Local Schools Make Top High School List

Ranking Is Based On Advanced Placement Tests

The test scores are in and now there is a new list ranking the top public high schools in the nation. And 20 San Diego area schools cracked the list.

The list is based on scores from advanced placement tests taken in 2002.

  • 261. Sweetwater, National City
  • 285. Valhalla, El Cajon
  • 292. El Camino, Oceanside
  • 297. Serra, San Diego
  • 308. Bonita Vista, Chula Vista
  • 312. Patrick Henry, San Diego
  • 534. Rancho Bernardo, San Diego
  • 547. Monte Vista, Spring Valley
