1. How To Enter: The ABC TGIF Promotion Sweepstakes begins 12:00am PST on January 19, 2004 and ends 11:59pm PST on February 15, 2004. You are asked to provide your name, gender, birthday, street address, city, and zip code. Submit your entry by dropping the form into the "ABC TGIF Promotion" Sweepstakes Official Entry Box located at a Better Sportswear Department counter. All entries become the property of American Broadcasting Companies, Inc. and will not be acknowledged. Limit one entry per person. Additional entries will be disqualified. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify KGTV if entrant changes his/her contact information. All entries must be received by 11:59pm PST February 15, 2004.

2. Eligibility/Miscellaneous: Entrants must be legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia but excluding Puerto Rico and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions), and be physically present in the U.S. as of the date of entry through and including the date of awarding of Grand prize, and be 18 years or older at the time of entry. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., Impact Marketing and Promotions and any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the sweepstakes or supplying the prize, and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year.

Sponsors are not responsible for failures of any kind, including but not limited to damage of contest materials. If for any reason the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond sponsor's control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes. By entering this sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by sweepstakes rules and by decisions of Sponsors, which are final as to all sweepstakes-related matters. 3.Winner/Validations: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be randomly drawn on February 16, 2004. Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by telephone and/or mail and will be required to sign and return within 14 business days of notification an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release and a Publicity Release where allowed by law. Travel Companions must be 18 years of age or older as of the beginning of the sweepstakes. To claim prize, (a) winner must provide proof of age, identity and residency, (b) winner must sign and return affidavit of eligibility/compliance with rules, publicity/liability release and indemnification, and (c) winner's intended guest(s) or travel companion(s) must sign liability/publicity release, all within the time period specified by program/station. Failure to return these forms within the specified time period may result in disqualification. In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized holder of the transmitting e-mail account. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. 4.Prizes and Odds: The following prizes will be awarded: Five (5) qualifying TGIF prize kits. Each kit contains a pair of flannel pajamas with the TGIF logo, a customized round tin with hot cocoa mix and a TFIG mug. Approximate retail value, ("ARV" $50). One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, California to attend a taping of an ABC television show. Prize consists of: Round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) between Los Angeles and the nearest major airport in U.S. closest to winner's residence, four (4) days, three (3) nights double occupancy hotel accommodations in Los Angeles based on availability, transfers to and from the airport in Los Angeles, two (2) tickets to attend a taping of an ABC television show and escorted transportation from the hotel to the taping and back. The sponsor will select the travel dates available and the ABC television show taping that the winner will attend. If winner and travel companion cannot travel on the dates specified by the Sponsor, then winner may still travel but agrees to forfeit the ABC show taping tickets and winner also agrees to accept the remaining elements of the Grand Prize trip as full satisfaction of Sponsor's prize obligation and no other/additional compensation or prize element(s) will be awarded. Winner must provide Impact Marketing & Promotions with request for travel no later than 60 days prior to desired departure date. Winner requested travel is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. Winner and travel companion must travel together and both must be at least 18 years of age and travel with proper I.D. for admittance to the Show. Winner and travel companion must agree to abide by all Show taping rules and restrictions. A copy of the Show taping rules and restrictions will be made available prior to the taping. The Show taping tickets provided through this sweepstakes is for entrance as an audience member only. If for any reason (including, without limitation, scheduling conflicts) the Grand Prize winner or travel companion does not attend the Show, the remaining elements of the Grand Prize trip shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor's prize obligation and no other/additional compensation or prize element(s) will be awarded. Any incidental expenses not expressly set forth above, as well as all taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. In the event that the Show is cancelled or requires no tapings, winner and travel companion will still receive the trip to Los Angeles with tickets to a different ABC show as provided by the Sponsor. This is a group trip and other affiliate station Sweepstakes winners will be in attendance. Travel dates are subject to availability and airline blackout dates. Travel must be completed by January 1, 2005 or trip will be forfeited. 5.Reservation of Rights: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify this Sweepstakes in the event that this Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted or completed as planned for any reason. If the Sweepstakes is cancelled or terminated, notification will be posted at Robinsons May stores. In the event that an individual attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor, in addition to disqualifying such person from participating in this Sweepstakes, reserves the right to seek damages and all other available remedies (whether at law or in equity) against him/her.
