10News Leadership Award Nomination Form

The 10News Leadership Award recipient will be someone who provides leadership by making San Diego a better place to live, standing up for those who need help, has initiated or created solutions for others, is a role model and fulfills a local need - thereby improving the quality of life for all San Diegans.

The 10News Leadership winner should fit most of the criteria listed below:

-- Initiates or creates solutions/ solves a problem
-- Fills a community need
-- Works with other community groups to solve a community issue
-- Promotes economic or community development
-- Promotes community collaboration
-- Involved in one or more volunteer projects on an on-going, long-term basis
-- Minimum one year on the same project (some exceptions based on committee decision)
-- Volunteer work cannot serve as a career tool
-- Serves an underserved population in San Diego County and promotes diversity
-- Serves as a role-model for other businesses, organizations or individuals
