White Cheddar and Canadian Bacon Omelette

Chef Larry Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 8 each Eggs, large
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • to season Fresh ground black pepper
  • to season Salt
  • as needed Cooking oil
  • 1/4 cup Scallions, minced
  • 1/3 cup Canadian bacon, diced
  • 1 tsp. Parsley, chopped
  • 1 1/4 cup White Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • for service Fresh fruit or berries

Method:
Combine eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well and reserve. Heat oil in an omelette pan. Portion scallions and Canadian bacon, saute briefly. Portion beaten egg into pan. Add parsley. Stir and cook until set. Flip or turn omelette. Top with shredded White Cheddar cheese. Fold omelette and turn out onto warm serving plates. Top with additional shredded White Cheddar cheese. Garnish with fresh fruit or berries. Repeat process to create 4 servings.

Chef Larry's Notes:
White Cheddar cheese is available in most specialty food stores. Canadian bacon is available in most markets. Smoked ham may be substituted in the recipe.
