Tomato Onion Salad

Chef Larry's Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Bryan or grape tomatoes, halved
  • 2/3 cupRed onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp.Fresh basil leaves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp.Fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 T.Balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cupOlive oil
  • Salt to season
  • Fresh ground black pepper to season
Method
Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl. Toss gently and season to taste with salt and fresh ground pepper.

Makes 4-6 Servings
