Wisconsin's Hill To Enter NFL Draft

POSTED: 11:34 am PST January 8, 2009

(Sports Network) - Wisconsin junior running back P.J. Hill has decided to forgo his senior season and enter the NFL Draft.

Hill's Badgers career ends with him in third place on the school's all-time rushing yardage list, with 3,996, and tied for second with 44 touchdowns. He ran for 1,161 yards and 13 touchdowns in the 2008 season, and is one of two Wisconsin players ever to run for at least 1,000 yards in each of his first three seasons -- the other being 1999 Heisman Trophy winner Ron Dayne.

"I just feel the time is right for me to take the next step in my career," Hill said.

Additionally, Wisconsin tight end Garrett Graham, who led the Badgers in receptions (40), receiving yards (540) and receiving touchdowns (5) in 2008, announced he will return to the Badgers.
