Corn On The Cob With Garlic Lime Butter

Serves 8

Corn
  • 8 ears of sweet white corn, husked and silk removed
  • 1 T. oil for grilling

Preheat the grill and oil the grid.

Oil the corn and place over indirect heat on the grill. Turn regularly, allowing the corn to lightly brown.

Lime Butter
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, softened but not melted
  • zest of 2 limes
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 2 t. Worchestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

In a bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed. Serve over warm corn.
