1 T. vegetable oil 2 large shallots, julienne 1 large garlic clove, minced 8 cremini mushrooms, cleaned and sliced 2 T. dry white wine 1 lb. broccolini, trimmed of tough ends Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
In a large sauté pan, over medium high heat, heat the oil and sauté the shallots, garlic and cremini mushrooms; season with salt and pepper. Move the mushrooms to a platter. Add the broccolini and wine. Cover and steam for 2 minutes.
Remove the lid and top the broccolini with the mushrooms. Adjust the seasoning and serve.
